Refund policy

REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Hues & Vines, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted garments. Please review our refund guidelines below:

1. Returns & Exchange Window We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items Items purchased during clearance sales, customized/altered garments, and unstitched fabrics that have been cut or stitched cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI once you share your bank details with us.

4. Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
